A seamless and well integrated app that would not only become a virtual buddy and library for a new joiner in Unilever helping them through the initial stages of their induction into the organization

An App for all policies & HR related knowledge base that makes information more accessible.

The strategy was to develop app that would cater to all HR and Business related onboarding issues and would consolidate a large and diversified set of data into one central hub.
